This tool creates a new B2B data mapping definition with an initial DataWeave version in Anypoint Partner Manager.
The user provides a name, direction, source and target message type UUIDs (from the Get message types tool), a version label, and the DataWeave mapping content — either directly as base64-encoded content or via a dwlKey from a prior mapping-generation step.
Returns the new mapId and versionId for use when calling the Create route tool.
